On display this June are large scale pulp paintings and prints by Irene Donnelly. This work is the result of her studies of different textures and surfaces. Poppy filled landscapes, pineapples, toads and crocodiles dominate the imagery. Examples of past work.
The Evergreen is dedicated to exhibing a new professional Baltimore based artist each month. Interested artists must demonstrate a cohesive body of work with a strong point of view. A minimum of seven large scale pieces are required to fill the space and a maxium of 30 small scale works. Interested artists should e-mail the following
